To
meet the training needs of every athlete, PlyoCity has set up
the following workout programs, for athletes both in and out of
season.
You may register
online. Simply click on
the Register Online link(s) below to begin the process.
If you wish to
register by mail please print the Registration
and Waiver forms
and fill them out completely. You may mail them to the address
listed.
- The minimum commitment is for
10 sessions. Players may "bank: sessions to be used
within one calendar year, if they cannot attend the sessions
in the suggested number of weeks.
- Athletes can begin training on
any session day.
- Athletes may attend any
session day and time of their choice and it does not have to
be the same day or time each week.
- Athletes are tested
approximately every 10 weeks.
